The Cheer Phi Coaches Association (CPCA) is an organization that connects ALL African Americans in the cheerleading industry under one umbrella cheerleaders, alumni cheerleaders, coaches and administrators.  This organization will serve as a place to unify and connect, create policies, further initiatives, create scholarships and be a resource to elevate the funding, skill level and notoriety of the programs aligned with the CPCA.
